Training
As part of our routine training activities we have regular weekday training sessions and others according to demand. We also have our own coaches who will help to ensure that you are able to progress to your best ability. If you are new to training, then start here.
As you progress and get fitter you may decide to have a go at a race or two. Apart from the races that the club hosts, we have regular forays to the local cross country’s and other events like the London Marathon and Welsh Castles Relay.
