20th Sospan 10 mile multi-terrain race (25/11/07)

Once again thanks to all competitors and organisers who helped to make this year's event at Pembrey Country Park particularly enjoyable. Conditions were perfect for running being cool, dry, bright blue sky and with the added benefit of a following wind down the beach!

The race was started once again by Scott Quinnell to whom we are most grateful.
