19th Sospan 10 mile multi-terrain race (19/11/06) - in association with Mencap Cymru

Thanks to all competitors and organisers who helped to make this year's event at Pembrey Country Park the most successful ever. Conditions were generally good for running, being both cool and not too windy. But a short and heavy downpour during the race added to the challenge.

The race was started by Scott Quinnell and the first finishers Daniel Gurmin and Martin Rees completed it in less than 57 minutes in a blistering sprint finish .

First Lady - Ruth Pickvance - 66 minutes 48 seconds
