Sospan 10 mile multi-terrain race (30/10/05)

Thanks to all competitors and organisers who helped to make this year's event at Pembrey Country Park a successful and enjoyable day out. The weather, which threatened a dire soaking for all held off and it turned out to be quite sunny and windy, which made for a challenging run on the beach.
