Power walkers
Sospan Power Walkers are a section of the Sospan Roadrunners club dedicated to power walking. Increasingly popular, power walkers now account for over 40% of the club membership. So, if you're looking for a workout and some fresh air, come and join up.
If you want more, then we have qualified coaches to help you improve and some members have even taken part in the Playtex Moonwalk in London.
