Steve Coupe International Debut - 12 November 2005

Steve made his international debut for Wales in Dublin on Saturday 12th November. Steve was 13th in his age group (55-59), out of a field of 20. This is an excellent result and shows that hard work does reap rewards if the training is right.

Steve has been using a training plan suggested by our level 1 coach Neil Thomas. This 8-week plan, when used repeatedly by Steve, has resulted in pbs and eventually, selection for the international squad.
