Want to run your first 10k? Why not aim for the Sospan 10k!

Running a 10K is an excellent goal for any runner. You’ll get lots of motivation as well as enjoyment from participating in a race, and 10K  is a  perfect distance.  Why not come along and train with us!

Follow an easy structured proven 10 week plan with support from Sospan Road Runners. Our beginners Captain Jenny Fifield will be starting a 10 week beginners programme.

Meeting at Ramps Skatepark starting Monday 25th April 6.00pm.

There is a small charge of £10 for the whole 10 week programme.
